1. Rental Agreement
1.1 The rental agreement between the customer and London Storage Units is governed by these terms and conditions.

All payments are due on the first day of the rental period. Failure to pay on time may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.

4. Use of Storage Units
Storage units are to be used solely for the purpose of storing personal or business belongings. Any illegal activities conducted within the storage unit are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability
London Storage Units is not liable for any loss or damage to the contents of the storage unit unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

We strongly recommend that customers obtain their own insurance to protect their valuables stored within the unit.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all items must be removed within the stipulated timeframe to avoid additional charges.

Early termination may incur fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
London Storage Units will maintain the facility to ensure it remains secure and operational. Customers are responsible for notifying management of any maintenance issues within their unit.
8. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless London Storage Units against any claims arising from their use of the storage facility.
8.1 Third-Party Claims
Any disputes or claims involving third parties are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Amendments
London Storage Units reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
10.1 Notification of Changes
Changes will be communicated via email or through notices posted at the facility.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UK laws.

By signing the rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
